WORKSHOPS

Workshops focus on advancing awareness rooted in seeing as a catalyst for systemic change. Authentic seeing can be applied in very simple ways as well as across complex systems and organizations. Perceiving a broadened view gives us a sense of awareness that accelerates our understanding of ecological and social well-being. By cultivating thriving systems, we learn to recognizing the interconnectedness between the human realm and nature.

Brigid O’Kane Leading Transformation Workshop in China

In professional careers and personal life there are numerous tools to assist us in finding compelling solutions to today’s prospects. Systems thinking is proven to be a highly effective means to help us see a broader perspective with transformative results.

An expanded view through seeing the bigger picture reveals pathways to a more fulfilling life and career. Comparing systems with overlapping systems presents a holistic perspective beneficial in finding clarity on complex issues. From this point of view we can identify what is most important to us so we can reframe our perspective in new ways and make more deeply informed decisions.
